A virtual video consultation is required for new clients interested in gray blending or transitioning away from traditional gray coverage. During our approximately 30-minute video consultation, we’ll take a closer look at your current hair, discuss your color history, gray percentage and pattern, desired result, inspiration photos, lifestyle, and maintenance expectations. We’ll also discuss what can realistically be achieved based on your starting point, the recommended service plan, estimated appointment time, maintenance schedule, and starting investment. Please be prepared to show your hair in natural lighting, including your roots, hairline, sides, back, and lengths, so I can get the best possible look at your starting canvas.

An in-person consultation is required for all new extension clients. I will travel to you to evaluate your natural hair, discuss your desired length, fullness and overall result, and professionally color match your extensions. During your consultation, we’ll determine the appropriate extension method, amount of hair needed, maintenance schedule, and total investment. Once your color match and extension plan are finalized, your hair can be ordered. The $100 consultation fee will be applied toward your extension installation when booked. Extension hair is not included in the consultation fee and must be paid in full before hair is ordered. All extension hair sales are final once ordered.

Whether you’re looking for soft dimension, lived-in brightness, blended blonde, baby lights, or a brighter overall result, your highlighting placement and technique will be tailored to your hair, goals, and desired maintenance.
